Description

Molex is hiring an Electronic Assembler for its Advanced Electronics Manufacturing division in Little Falls, Minnesota. The role builds, wires, and tests high-precision electronic assemblies for process-control and analytical systems, using schematics, hand tools, crimping equipment, microscopes, and test equipment. The position works Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and pays $16–$22 per hour, with a 6% shift differential and variable pay eligibility. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of electronic assembly experience, and the ability to read electrical schematics and use basic test equipment; IPC-610/J-STD-001 certification, fine-pitch soldering, through-hole and surface-mount experience, AOI/ICT familiarity, and lean or Six Sigma exposure are preferred or advantageous.
