Description
Ralliant Corporation is hiring immediately for a full-time Electronic Assembler to perform production assembly of electronic components and subassemblies, including hand-loading PCBs, soldering fine-pitch and lead/lead-free components, repairing soldering anomalies, and following schematics, drawings, and visual instructions. The role requires IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, US citizenship, ESD and product-handling knowledge, and strong communication and self-starting skills; 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. The position offers on-the-job training, bonus eligibility, and a salary range of 17.64–32.74 in local currency, with US government export-control requirements.
