Description
Universal Avionics is hiring an Electronic Assembler Lead – SMT to provide hands-on technical leadership for Surface Mount Technology manufacturing. The role supports SMT machine setup, changeovers, equipment readiness, production prioritization, troubleshooting, quality and throughput monitoring, IPC and ESD compliance, and operator coaching. The position also partners with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, Materials, and Maintenance and supports new product introductions, first-article builds, process validations, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED and experience in a high-reliability electronic assembly, test, or material handling environment are required.
