Description
The Electronic Assemblies Operator performs repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass-produce transformers, inductors, and power supply products. This role requires reliability, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and visual workplace management. The operator will also assist in identifying and resolving quality and production issues, and may train other team members.
