Description
The role executes electronic blasting initiation and coordinates blasting activities with personnel and customers. Responsibilities include planning tasks, maintaining Daveytronic product stock, performing blasting design, programming, connection, checking, loading, and detonation, preparing progress and anomaly reports, training customers, and coordinating blast reports. The position requires at least two years of mining experience, a technical or bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field, knowledge of blast design software and explosives, and availability for a 10 x 10 schedule; Daveytronic, Fametronic, or IKON certification and an AIIB license are desirable.
