The role includes teaching common and specialist modules, supervising practical on-the-job training, developing courseware and training aids, assessing cadets, maintaining training records, and supporting customer proposals. Candidates need a degree or equivalent advanced military/industrial qualification in Electronics Communication, practical experience across relevant technologies, recent formally certified teaching experience, English proficiency, and strong technical, analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills.
