Description
Black Semiconductor is hiring an experienced Electronic-Photonics IC Mask Data Preparation & GDS Data Integration Engineer to own the complete tape-out flow for a 300 mm graphene photonics platform. The role covers GDS database integration, mask data preparation, DRC/LVS/ERC verification, mask release, reticle-to-fab delivery, DFM and DFT integration, special GDS structures, and coordination with mask shops, foundries, EDA vendors, and cross-functional teams. Candidates need an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, at least five years of semiconductor or photonics tape-out experience, and expertise with GDSII/OASIS, Calibre, Synopsys ICV, and related production flows.
