INIT is hiring an Electronic Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of electronic and electromechanical products at the board, sub-assembly, and system levels. The role handles complex and repeat failures, supports failure analysis and engineering change orders, develops test methods and documentation, and mentors repair technicians. It is based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia, and offers an hourly pay range of $23.00 to $25.00.
