Description
Eclipse Trading is hiring an Electronic Trading Risk Control Manager / Senior Manager for its Risk team in Hong Kong. The role will serve as the subject matter expert on electronic trading risk controls, overseeing the design, monitoring, and effectiveness of trading controls; reviewing trading systems, algorithms, exchange connectivity, and new trading initiatives; assessing market misconduct and regulatory risks; enhancing trade surveillance; developing metrics and exception reporting; coordinating regulatory changes; and preparing responses to external regulatory and exchange queries. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience in electronic trading controls, operational risk, front-office business control, or electronic trading governance, along with knowledge of Hong Kong SFC and exchange rules, trading surveillance, and operational risk frameworks.
