JRAD is hiring an immediate Electronic Warfare-Program/System Analyst to support the U.S. Army Evaluation Center’s C5ISRED. The offsite role requires the candidate to be local to Aberdeen, Maryland, within one hour by car. Responsibilities include technical guidance and system analysis for electronic warfare systems, program requirement analysis, operational effectiveness and suitability evaluations, test and evaluation planning, documentation, test events, and coordination with product, engineering, logistics, government, and defense-industry stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related technical discipline, at least 14 years of progressively responsible acquisition-program management experience, including three years as an acquisition project team leader and five years as a practicing analyst, plus an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
