Description
The role performs fault analysis and repairs on electronic and mechanical products, components, and subassemblies; processes repair orders in an ERP system; operates test programs; maintains maintenance and inspection instructions; and serves as a contact for customers and partners on repair and warranty matters. The position also contributes to product improvement and quality assurance and requires technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, along with electronics-production experience, hands-on skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
