Description
The Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer will support automotive electronic component assembly by conducting SMT and back-end process validation, defining critical SMD components, applying IPC A610 and JEDEC standards, validating Class 3 PCBA acceptance criteria and moisture-sensitive-material handling, and assessing electronic design rules for manufacturing feasibility. The role requires PFMEA and control-plan expertise, SAP proficiency, problem-solving methodology, and knowledge of APQP, CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, customer-specific requirements, and PPAP approval.
