Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions is hiring an Electronics Assembler in Camarillo, California, to assemble, inspect, document, and maintain quality standards on electronic products and subassemblies for high-reliability commercial, aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. The role involves installing components and hardware, using hand and power tools and microscopes, completing production records, following ESD and ITAR controls, and supporting safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow manufacturing documentation, basic computer skills, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and microscope work are required; prior electronic or electromechanical assembly experience, IPC knowledge, ESD familiarity, ERP experience, and soldering experience are preferred. Compensation is estimated at $18–$24 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
