The role includes thick-film screen printing, high-temperature belt-furnace firing, microscope-based soldering and hand-tool assembly, component selection, rework, and quality-checking. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–2 years of related assembly experience or training and certified hand-soldering skills are preferred.
