Description
The role assembles electronic components through hand soldering, basic hand-tool assembly, labeling, and packaging, while performing visual inspection and functional testing as needed. It requires following product drawings and work instructions, maintaining quality and 5S standards, recording production data, and working cooperatively in a team. The position is an entry-level Level I role requiring completed Curbell training and computer experience, with previous soldering experience preferred and advancement opportunities into Level II and Level III.
