Description
The Electronics Assembly worker builds basic electronic and electromechanical components, including printed circuit boards, cables, magnetics, subassemblies, and final power-supply products. Responsibilities include reading assembly instructions, identifying components, using ERP and computer systems, performing quality checks, reworking assemblies, processing deviations, maintaining production records, and training others. The role may also involve SMT/PCB equipment, through-hole assembly, cable and wire-harness fabrication, CNC machines, soldering, and torque tools. A high school diploma or equivalent and three to six years of related experience are required, with IPC J-STD 001 modules 1–3 or equivalent preferred. The starting hourly rate is USD $18.00 to $24.00, with possible variable bonuses and benefits.
