Description
The Electronics Assembly worker builds basic electronic and electromechanical components, including printed circuit boards, cables, magnetics, subassemblies, and final power-supply products. Responsibilities include reading assembly instructions, identifying components, using ERP and computer systems, performing quality checks, reworking assemblies, processing deviations, maintaining production records, and operating SMT, PCB, CNC, and other manufacturing equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three to six years of related experience or a combination of education, training, and experience, IPC J-STD 001 Modules 1–3 or equivalent, and basic computer and mathematical skills. The starting hourly rate is USD 19.85 to 24.00, including differential, with potential variable bonuses and benefits.
