Description
The Electronics Assembly Operator III performs intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass-produce transformers and inductors. This role involves working independently within a team, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to established procedures. Key responsibilities include operating various machines such as stamping, banding, molding, and tape and reel, performing advanced assembly tasks with heavy/fine wires and complex assemblies, conducting higher-level inspections according to IPC 610/IPC 620 standards, and executing precision soldering and gluing processes. The operator also operates and maintains complex winding machines and ensures adherence to quality standards.
