Description
Graco is hiring an Electronics Category Manager to lead global sourcing strategies for electronic commodities, including electronics manufacturing services, PCB assemblies, box builds, test services, and electronic components. The role owns supplier selection and development, contract negotiations, cost management, quality and delivery performance, risk mitigation, new product development support, and cross-functional electronics initiatives. It requires a business, engineering, or materials-related degree, C.P.M./C.P.I.M. certification, extensive materials/manufacturing and purchasing experience, advanced negotiation and contract-law expertise, project management, electronics market knowledge, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The role is hybrid and based in the United States, with a base salary range of $75,000 to $131,200 and no immigration sponsorship.
