Carrier is hiring an Electronics Commodity Manager to lead sourcing and category management for electronics contract manufacturing partners supporting electronic control boards and PCBA supply. The role focuses on supplier performance, commercial negotiations, cost reduction, contract compliance, supply continuity, and risk mitigation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of sourcing or supply chain experience, supplier contract negotiation experience, cost analysis and cross-functional collaboration experience, and fluent English skills. Electronics manufacturing, EMS/ECM, strategic supplier, SAP, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.
