Description
The Electronics Development Engineer supports development engineering activities by performing routine testing, checkout, troubleshooting, prototype building, environmental testing, fault isolation, and component-level repairs on electronic and electromechanical systems. The role uses schematics, diagnostic equipment, and defined plans to verify systems against design specifications and collect engineering data. It requires an associate degree or short certificate in electronics, military electronics training, ESD and safety training, and soldering; experience in soldering is a plus.
