Description
The Power Development Engineer will define, organize, and manage the specification, design, validation, and supplier-management activities for one or more power modules for electric and/or hybrid vehicles. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, controls schedule and cost, prepares hardware and software specifications and documentation, runs simulations and test plans, and reports results to project and industrial teams. A Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or electrotechnics is required, along with experience in electronic module development, QCDP management, supplier management, and component validation.
