Alma is hiring an Electronics Development Team Lead to own the company’s electronic boards group and replace its outgoing lead. The role combines hands-on technical leadership of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics from concept through production release with management and mentorship of a 2–3 person electronics team. Responsibilities include board architecture, design reviews, failure analysis, cross-functional product development, documentation and regulatory compliance, vendor and prototyping management, and process improvement. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, at least seven years of electronic board design experience, and at least two years leading electronics engineers.
