Awerian is hiring an Electronics Engineer to support defence and homeland-security projects across the product life cycle, including requirements capture, design, development, documentation, testing, and delivery. The role involves complex hardware and electronics solutions, with possible work in FPGA firmware, DSP, signal processing, high-speed electronics, RF/microwave design, embedded software, communications protocols, and system architecture. Candidates need a relevant degree, academic excellence, technical capability, and experience in areas such as schematic capture, PCB layout, low-level protocols, board bring-up, and testing. The position is based near Cambridge, requires UK security clearance, and does not offer UKVI visa sponsorship.
