Lockheed Martin is hiring an Instrumentation Operations Engineer to integrate, install, checkout, calibrate, and maintain airborne data acquisition and flight-test instrumentation systems. The role supports preflight, post-flight, and control-room activities; coordinates with test operations, maintenance, and management; and may lead project execution. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience with instrumentation, data acquisition, and flight-test hardware. The position requires U.S. citizenship, special-access facility access, and willingness to work extended hours, off-shift, weekends, and occasional travel. The full-time salary range is $95,900 to $178,100, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
