ALTEN is hiring a Test Bench Development Specialist for its Electronics division to support client and outcome-based projects, pre-sales technical proposals, and the development of Electronics expertise. The role involves defining and implementing test benches and strategies, automating test sequences with TESTAND, designing digital circuits, developing Python drivers, executing validation campaigns under aerospace and industrial standards, and contributing to training, recruitment, and technical documentation. Candidates need an engineering degree or five years of higher education in electronics or software, at least three years of experience developing or designing complex products and circuit boards, proficiency in English, and experience with Agile development and continuous integration.
