Description
Molex is hiring an Electronics Lab Technician in Conway, Arkansas, to perform functional and signal-integrity testing on high-speed cable assemblies and other products. The role includes soldering and de-soldering, network-analyzer, time-domain reflectometry, oscilloscope, BER, SNR, and eye-diagram measurements, mechanical exposure testing, failure analysis, reporting, and support for quality programs. Training on network analyzers, signal-integrity tools, and time-domain reflectometry will be provided, and the technician will work under project engineers and a lab supervisor while supporting global engineering and product management teams.
