Infinitesima is hiring an experienced Lead Electrical & Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the electrical systems, power distribution, electronics, signal acquisition, safety, and compliance capabilities for semiconductor metrology products. The role combines technical leadership, people leadership, engineering strategy, product development, and hands-on engineering, including cabinet design, signal integrity, power delivery, grounding, risk assessments, and certification. Candidates should have experience in semiconductor equipment, metrology, capital equipment, precision measurement, analogue and mixed-signal electronics, PCB design, and product lifecycle management. The position offers £65,000–£83,000 plus EMI share options and private healthcare, with a hybrid working model.
