elkotec GmbH is hiring two Electronics Manufacturing Employees for THT manual component placement in Berlin. The role involves manually placing and coating electronic components, hand-soldering, visual and quality inspection, setup and material staging, component preparation, and simple repairs. Candidates need practical electronics manufacturing experience, technical aptitude, fine motor skills, reliability, quality awareness, teamwork, and German language skills at least at B2 level; soldering or PCB assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The position is full-time at 38 hours per week, with part-time employment possible from 30 hours per week, and includes onboarding, technical training, and a fixed-term contract.
