Description
Standard Bots is hiring an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to bridge PCB design and production for its in-house SMT line and contract-manufacturing partners. The role owns DFM/DFA review, automated rule-based checks, design-for-test, manufacturing standards, SMT process engineering, board bring-up and testing, NPI handoff, and continuous improvement. Candidates need an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent hands-on experience, at least four years of electronics/PCBA manufacturing engineering experience, and hands-on expertise with SMT processes, IPC standards, DFM tooling, and electrical test equipment. The salary range is $110,000 to $145,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
