Description
The Navy Electronics Technician will install, modify, repair, and test electrical and electronic systems, controls, instrumentation, and associated components; interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, drawings, and technical manuals; and coordinate work with other trades. The role requires U.S. citizenship, suitability for federal employment, a security clearance, a valid U.S. driver's license, drug testing, and the ability to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and potentially remote or isolated sites. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work without more than normal supervision and must show four years of electronics trade training or practical experience through a four-year apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
