Description
Fortil is hiring an Electronics Process Methods Engineer to improve and ensure the reliability of electronic circuit board manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, the role involves optimizing SMT, soldering, conformal coating, and assembly processes; supporting production teams; analyzing manufacturing failures; transferring new products into production; contributing to DFM/DFA and manufacturing standards; and collaborating with Production, Quality, Industrialization, and Design Engineering teams. The position requires a Bac+5 degree in electronics, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field, significant experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of electronic circuit board manufacturing processes.
