JAM Industries is hiring an Electronics Supervisor – Allen & Heath Keyboard in Southaven, Mississippi, reporting to the Service Manager. The role oversees service-related operations, parts ordering, product repairs, testing, warranties, parts inventory, customer returns, employee relations, technical staff performance, resource allocation, reporting, and quality improvements. Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of service and repair management experience, hands-on pro-audio and musical-instrument experience, strong communication and leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift 65 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
