Description

CRG Defense is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to support prototype development, assembly, and low-rate manufacturing of electronics, power, and energy systems. The role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic circuits, interpreting schematics, executing manual component-level rework, and supporting engineering in various development activities. The technician will also handle electrical/power test equipment, follow safety procedures, and generate documentation for repeatable production.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate's degree or completion of a certified program in electronics or equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in electronics assembly, test, or repair.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of basic assembly techniques, procedures, and tools.
Knowledge of automated PCB processing.
Understanding of basic regulatory compliance issues, ESD control and mitigation required. EMI/RFI control and mitigation preferred.
Demonstrates competence in basic computer usage including MS Office, and web-based forms and applications.
