Rea Magnet Wire is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical, electronic, PLC, VFD, and HMI systems in a manufacturing environment. The role includes electrical control cabinet assembly, preventive maintenance, safety procedures, equipment training, and work with voltages up to 480VAC. Candidates need a two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship, 3–5 years of experience across electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields, and PLC, VFD, and HMI programming skills. The schedule is 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with pay starting at $36.00 per hour and up to $44.00 per hour with company-paid training.
