Description
The Electronics Technician designs, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical distribution, wiring, high- and low-voltage power, and electronic control systems. The role includes PLC and digital control system work, diagnostic evaluations, specialized research electrical services, experimental instrument construction, and use of electronic test equipment. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 15 years of applicable professional experience, including journey-level training, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent practical experience, along with knowledge of electrical and electronic test equipment, PLCs, wiring methodologies, and basic computer skills.
