Description
The City of Passau is hiring a full-time Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Plant Engineering, Mechanical and Drive Technology, or Electrical Systems Installer to work at its Passau wastewater treatment plant. The role covers operating, maintaining, and servicing mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and process-control instrumentation; monitoring and optimizing automation; troubleshooting faults; installing and commissioning systems; and reading engineering drawings. Applicants need at least three years of relevant training or comparable training, a class B driver’s license, physical ability to perform demanding work, IT skills, and willingness to work on-call and occasionally outside regular hours.
