PolyTALENT is recruiting an Electronics Technician for Operational Engineering / Maintenance in the Augsburg area for on-site work at a producing mid-sized company. The role involves independent maintenance, inspection, servicing, fault diagnosis, testing, documentation, and optimization of electrical systems and equipment in production and manufacturing plants. Candidates need completed electronics technician, industrial electrician, or comparable training, experience in plant electrical maintenance, wiring-diagram and measurement skills, and knowledge of drive technology, frequency converters, and low-voltage systems; PLC knowledge is advantageous. The position offers permanent employment, flexible core/attendance hours, vacation, training, and on-call duty after onboarding.
