The Electronics Technician performs SMT production work including depaneling, testing, end-of-line programming, packaging, AOI machine operation, visual inspection of assemblies, component identification, and defect detection. The role also requires basic hand-tool use, job-chart tracking, IPC-standard knowledge, and the ability to train coworkers and participate in continuous-improvement activities. Prior electronics experience is preferred, but motivated candidates may be trained.
