The expertum Group is hiring an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Cable Harness Assembler for a technologically demanding industrial company in the Kassel region. The role involves producing, assembling, repairing, inspecting, and documenting electrical connection systems and electromechanical assemblies, including wire and cable preparation, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, heat-shrink processing, and fault analysis. Candidates need relevant technical training or several years of professional experience, crimping and soldering experience, familiarity with technical drawings and work instructions, and willingness to work a two-shift system. The position offers above-standard pay under the GVP collective agreement, industry supplements, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and the option of permanent employment.
