Bäcker Görtz is hiring a production maintenance technician to independently plan, commission, repair, and maintain complex bakery production facilities, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, procure spare parts, develop mechatronic solutions, and optimize production systems. The role requires vocational training in industrial electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable occupation, strong analytical and communication skills, shift and weekend availability, and very good German.
