The role operates and maintains building services and electrical systems in a clinic building, performs electrical installations, supervises service providers, inspects electrical equipment, uses FM software, and participates in an on-call standby service. It requires completed vocational training in electronics or electrical installation, professional electrical engineering experience, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to pursue further qualifications; a Class B driver's license is preferred.
