Description
The employer is seeking an Electronics Technician / SMT Machine Operator in Hilzingen to operate and maintain SMD production lines, including soldering, SMT placement programs, stencil printers, and AOI systems. The role includes quality monitoring, equipment setup and changeover, material supply, machine servicing, and inspection of populated circuit boards. Candidates should have vocational training in electronics, mechatronics, machine and systems operation, or a comparable technical qualification; SMT production experience is advantageous, and knowledge of AOI technology and SMT software is desirable. The position requires willingness to work in a two-shift system and offers performance-based compensation, bonuses, advances, and wage increases.
