Description
BinSentry is hiring a full-time Electronics Technician Team Lead to lead and mentor electronics technicians, analyze device failures, troubleshoot analog and digital circuits, and improve hardware quality. The role manages team priorities, budgets, staffing, performance reviews, onboarding, inventory tracking, and ESD mitigation training while participating in interviews. Candidates need 5–8 years of electronics diagnostic experience, a diploma or degree in electronics, oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer experience, schematic interpretation skills, and familiarity with circuit board manufacturing and command-line tools. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 CAD annually, with company-paid health and dental benefits, an HSA or PSA option, equity, and other benefits.
