Description
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is hiring a full-time Electronics Technologist or Senior Electronics Technologist to support new and ongoing experiments in the High Explosives Applications Facility. The role involves electronic technical support, designing and assembling complex electronic components and systems, operating diagnostic equipment, maintaining documentation and facility readiness, and performing equipment upgrades and interlock checks. The 531.3 level includes advanced weapons-systems assembly, complex electronic-system design, and independent problem-solving. The position requires full-time on-site presence, a U.S. Department of Energy Q-level security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and an associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
