Description
The Electronic Assembly Technician assembles, disassembles, reworks, and repairs electronic assemblies, including printed circuit boards, cables and harnesses, chassis, and consoles. The role involves soldering, component preparation, machine operation, in-process inspection, and preparation for formal testing, while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Two years of electronic assembly, rework, and repair experience is preferred, along with the ability to read schematics, solder, identify components, and follow IPC standards. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and the position may require a Secret security clearance and solder certification.
