Encode, Inc. is hiring an Optical Engineer to support the development of high-performance Directed Energy Systems and Electro-Optical Systems. The role covers requirements development, system architecture, trade studies, modeling and simulation, electro-optical and laser system design, testing, supplier and partner performance management, product lifecycle support, project management, and proposal development. The position requires a U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, is fully on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and requires at least five years of related experience plus an engineering or related degree.
