Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Electroplating and Surface Coating Specialist in Langenhagen, Lower Saxony, working a two- or three-shift system. The role performs nickel, chrome, silver, and special electroplating processes; prepares workpieces through chemical cleaning, blasting, etching, pickling, and passivation; and measures coating thickness and conducts basic chemical analyses while meeting aerospace-quality standards. Applicants need training in surface technology, chemistry, or a similar technical field, practical electroplating and component-cleaning experience, chemical-handling knowledge, and German and basic PC skills. The starting gross hourly wage is €20.80, with a maximum of €29.85 after 15 months, plus IG Metall benefits.
