Tempton is hiring an Electroplating Worker / Surface Finisher in Berlin for a full-time position with 35 hours per week and diverse early, night, and late shifts. The role operates and controls electroplating systems, performs quality checks and process documentation, prepares and monitors electroplating baths, carries out maintenance, and prepares electroplated components for the next production stage or shipping. Candidates need technical training or several years of electroplating experience, basic chemistry and safety knowledge, shift flexibility, responsibility, technical understanding, and manual skills.
