The Elementary Lunchroom Manager oversees the operations of the elementary or high school lunchroom, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines and performing related duties. Key responsibilities include supervising personnel, preparing food according to nutritional guidelines and safety protocols like HACCP, managing paperwork, forecasting food supplies, conducting staff training, scheduling, completing inventories, ordering food, ensuring accurate cash handling, and assisting with cleaning and operational tasks.
